RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Preston's Pawz is committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the ACL.

Our policy We want you and your dog to love every product from Preston's Pawz. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

When you are entitled to a refund Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not as described on our website
  • Does not do what it is supposed to do
  • Is unsafe

If any of the above apply, please contact us at info@prestonspawz.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping costs where applicable.

How to make a claim

  1. Email us at info@prestonspawz.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include photos of the product and any defect where possible
  3. We will be in touch with next steps

Change of mind We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully and refer to our product descriptions and size guides before purchasing.

Sale items Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless faulty or not as described under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund processing Once your return has been approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

International orders (USA) For customers ordering from the United States, our returns policy applies in the same way. Return shipping costs for faulty or not as described items will be covered by Preston's Pawz. Please contact us at info@prestonspawz.com.au before returning any item.
